Why can you only do 1 C-SAT? is it always like that?

I think he meant the cap. and yes some will let you do more than one but most stop you at one.

You wouldn't be able to do any other google hits till you finished that one so either way you've got a lockout.

If you opened the hit then you will be locked out for whatever the timer was originally set for. 60min or whatever. Returning it just starts that count down sooner than letting it expire.

You don't really need to worry with them, they are a good req and as long as you do the work properly you wont have an issue. The only reason they would disqual you (they don't actually block) is if you give random answers or you try to do more than one at a time. They set caps on their hits so it is safe to do as many as you can until it stops you. Basically, watch the entire video and give your honest opinion on the vids and your set.
