not too hot tbh. aiming for a decent day today to get the PE in semi-gear

i’ve been in a Fitbit group this week for the first time and i’ve done 50+ miles this week. i went hard and my body has felt it. my PE has taken a hit because of it

next week i’m lowering the steps and miles quite a bit so i can focus more on the weekly pe. live and learn.
