for some reason my mic is picking up some crazy static. i haven't been at home since i had surgery last week (at my mom's) so i don't have my other computer so i haven't been able to do usertesting or userbob :/

idk what to do about my mic, it's picking up internal noise i think. you can only faintly hear me if i talk really loudly, so it's not the environment. i uninstalled/reinstalled drivers, tried generic drivers, etc

i'm not sure if it ever worked on this computer since i got it since i almost always do that stuff on my other computer. i can't remember if i ever used it on this one before or not, and i've only had it about a month
