Really? Well then science sucks because they sell bottles of meletonin type things for sleep too. It's in a lot of those expensive sleep aids that you dont need to buy but they put a fancy name on it so you think its better than the rest. I used to get them. Didnt do a damn thing. I just fell asleep on my own.
