Okay, so I'm still new compared to a lot of you. How do you find these batches. I know you wont give me a straight answer as that might hurt your profits but just a general response will do. Did you learn about them through time or just being in the right place at the right time or both?

I don't want to sound like an ass or anything, but why would anyone ever post this? I noticed its happening a ton on MTG too.

i turk fulltime. its not easy, and i want to tear my hair out and cry because i am an utter failure at everything in life.
its nice to see what requesters other people are working on, so i can keep an eye on their hits.
when you rely on turk money to pay your bills, you take all the advice you can get.

Even though those may be dumb too, these are only better...for the people that's going to take their money. Definitely not for the person posting lol.

eh, it doesnt affect me much. Like I said, if there was a secret batch I probably wouldnt post it and I'd suspect others may not post EVERYTHING they've done as well.

Posting batches in general doesn't help the person posting but we're on a thread that has a main goal to HELP other people. We constantly post hits that are available now so other people can do them too.

We all know it can be done. It's mostly done by those that know to share some things, but keep others to themselves so they can keep making that.

I'm telling you now, if I found a money tree tomorrow that had a limited amount of leaves to pick from it...I'm sure in the hell not telling you the location of that tree.

I get where you're coming from but some newer people don't know it can be done. I think it's kinda nice to have the inspiration.

I understand the helpfulness that it provides. I was asking from the other side. I try to be helpful when I can without being a detriment to myself.

Its also more realistic/inspirational if its the people who post in the $50-100 range and aren't masters instead of posting earning from a closed/masters batch imo.

You're definitely right there but I also think some people genuinely like to help/show it can be done even if you don't have a million closed quals.

I shared a HIT one night.. It was Chris Powell.. it was a nice little batch.. I got a PM from someone telling me I shouldn't post those type of hit cause it will result in me making less money I had already been doing them for HOURS after someone had already posted them.. Since that time I have been hessitant to post anything since.. I know they were trying to be helpful but, I think they were mad cause they were doing those hits

I think a lot of it is from experience, there's batches that look like shit at first but if you know how to do them they're decent moneymakers, there's others that might seem like they pay well but they take so much time it's not worth it over the long run. Closed quals are great because you're not competing against a billion other people trying to grab the same HITs.

But at the end of the day you just gotta do work and pay your dues before you get any good at it, and then you can say "Fuck you, I got mine" and not help anyone else.
