Lordy my mom needs to leave.

Eggs are done. Now shes bad mouthing my ex (my kids' father).

That's my job. I get to bad mouth him. No one else gets to! And I seldom do so she needs to be nice. Plush his parents will be here tomorrow!

I do miss my ex sometimes. Not romantically. We were good friends and great cheerleaders for each other (we just talked for like two hours the other day). And great fwb! (I do miss that!!!)

But when it came down to the "until death do us part" issue....yeah, we weren't cut out to be each other's "one."

But we both realize that, yet both of us would not have wanted to have had kids with anyone else, so it kind of works out, in a very weird, non-traditional family sort of way. I'm super glad he is the father of my kids.

Thats different, to get along that way. My parents were divorced in 1970 when I was 5 and I always had both of them in my life, when ever i wanted to see them and I never even missed them being married, the thought never even crossed my mind even once.

Maybe this has been mentioned lately? I didn't really pay attention,
but why would this be suddenly showing a year after the fact?

Wow. My parents divorced in '72 and they're both going to be at my house tomorrow and I'm wondering if I need a holster full of silly string so I can comedically interfere if one turns into an asswipe in front of my kid! My parents divorce was not great.

Which is probably why I'm making sure my kid knows his parents totally like each other (cuz we really do, or at least I like him and he hasn't led me to believe he doesn't like me, so...)

My ex's parents will be here tomorrow, too.

That showed up for me, too. But now it's gone. Who knows what Bezos and the minions are doing.
