AMT is going to help me access AMT again, so I set my clock last night for 7 this morning ...........
woke up at 10.

But I just started a new prescription sleep aid (because it is VERY difficult for me to get to sleep), and the stuff is KICK ASS

muscle relaxers can be kick ass sleep aids, too. I take one for a spasm sometimes, i fall asleep quickly for some reason. It would be nice to treat a spasm without knocking me out.
