Nice. Can't give an exact time because it was the first thing i did when i woke up but. It was probably 20 minutes? maybe less? hard to tell with making coffee and taking smoke breaks.

I kept sleeping, too. I could work (I was seeing clients at the time) - and as long as someone was in front of me, I was alert and fine. But any work on the computer (I was working on publishing a paper) - I just couldn't manage. I'd stare at the screen and promise myself if I could just nap for 30 minutes I'd be fine.
Then, I'd wake up, stare at the screen.............and repeat the 30 minute promise.
