Hows the grind today? I took a week long vacation from turking.

Do you have any scripts/adblock on? Can you show me a specific hit that did it today, maybe I can see if it does it to me too.

It hasn't done it today but yesterday there was one I cant remember specifically. I do not have adblock on. Also, there was a HIT yesterday where you had to click an image to say whether it was male or female, but overtime i clicked it would not accept an answer, does that usually happen?

Credit Karma does state+federal for free. Not sure how good of a return you'll get (I've heard it isn't as thorough as people would like) but it's an option.

There are free file options depending on income level. I did my state and federal free with TaxAct.

I don't know about the blank page problem but the broken button problem sounds like an error with how a requester set up their own survey.
