I don't believe so. It does say you can't collect personal identifiable information but I don't think birthday/place of birth is specific enough to actually identify you.

Birthday, town, gender and ethnicity is where it gets a bit dicey but i don't think it's actually a TOS violation. It does give me pause though cause I'm a paranoid dude.

They'd have to seriously go out of their way to connect that to a name but it can probably be narrowed down.

But they have no reason to do that.

SO last night before bed I had a pleasant surprise...

He also bonused me 1.5 and as to the reason "Returned results were not correct"...uh what?
