Where do requesters get that we are using Foreign VPN's? I just got a rejection from Empirical Jury for this reason.

They collect IP addresses when you fill out a survey and if they see an IP is from Russia or something they might get suspicious.

I am in the US and don't use a VPN. I did send them an email asking how they came to the conclusion. But I don't think they will respond or reverse it but have to try at least.
