There are quite a few with 500+ HITs approved and 1,000+, but usually not as many set at 100+ approved.
Numbers help you get moving, though.

I just finished one of Sarah's and got no code
the survey was full of bugs (it asked to select two responses, but the survey only let me pick one).
I've emailed and it's sitting in my queue - no answer so far

I got one of those two. I just made a note of that in the final question asking about improvements to the test.

The only thing I had trouble with was accidentally highlighting the entire story, over, and over, and over... but I think that's my fault for being twitchy, heh.
I mostly did question asking, not answering, for whatever reason. Not sure how it picks which role you fill, but I found it odd that it was about 80/20 questions to answers.
It seemed to take quite a while to find a partner sometimes, but that's probably just up to how many people are actively doing the HITs.

Other than that, everything went well.
I enjoyed it, and I hope I offered decent performance, heh.
