Okay, so I just got off the phone.
I'll give everyone my experience incase they run into the same problem.
I checked the mturk forum on reddit. There was a thread about it two days (or one day) about it. Someone provided a contact number for amazon payments. My problem is with my worker account as that's where I'm getting the message. Because of this, I went on a search for direct contact with mturk worker. Results tells me that there is no such thing, and the only lead with a phone contact is amazon payments. I used this number 1(888)280-4331 and was connected with a customer service at amazon who transferred me to payments (Customer rep will ask for your email information ahead of time). I was connected quickly with a rep at amazon payment and I explained my problem. He says "Yeah I saw the ticket you submitted with the email. There is nothing I can do. Only the account specialist can check the problem." So I asked if I can get a hold of them but he says they are not allowed to be contacted. I also asked him to double check my payment account with my bank details incase it details were missing and I just need to verify those information. He again said he can't do anything about it and I have to wait for an accountant specialist to message me back. So overall, I haven't gotten any problems with people not knowing what mturk is but to get more information calling amazon payment is redundant.
