i LOVE to sing and have never felt very confident doing it, but like Blue said: the older i got, the less i waited around for validation.

I think the past 3 or 4 Saturdays a batch has shown up in the afternoon just about the time I start giving up. Hopefully that happens today.

Only a few people actually SinG and succeed on their own. It's the things done to the music in the studio that improves the voice, the instruments, etc. Freddie Mercury was great on his own but he was a genius with Queen at making everything work together. I read somewhere that Glen Campbell's running joke was that he was called in to play and maybe sing, not sure on that one, for the 60s greats who couldn't hold a tune if their lives depended on it nor could they play their instruments. When I do an audiokite I figure they want to see if the performer is worth spending the money on to develop their sound.

Should never lower yourself to a batch that bad.
