Despite a somewhat frustrating day that included a good hit that expired on me with no communication back from the requester, a few hits that were waaay too long that weren't worth the pay, a hit that said they couldn't verify my location, a few hits with too long screeners that I screened out of, an undeserved (no code) rejection that hasn't gotten back to me yet, a rejection that said was going to reverse but hasn't, and the hit that just said I failed to live in the US, be over 18, or missed an attention check after I completed it, I still did good money-wise. Laugh if you want - I just opened up one the packs of Charmin I bought post-COVID and I intend to live it up after a week and a half of ugliness in the toilet paper department. Off to finish my latest book. I had a middling sort of day for me. Two User Interviews scheduled tomorrow so everybody please cross your fingers that I don't experience some weird internet failure tomorrow.

Yeah, COVID-toes - sigh. One of my toes was red along one side yesterday (weird 2nd toe that doesn't touch big toe at all) and if I wasn't convinced I had already had it I would have totally freaked.
