Requesters can technically use it as a qualification but I haven't seen anyone do that in a long, long time. There's also tinfoil hat theory that return rate might be somehow calculated into who gets Masters, but no one knows that for sure.

This is a once per month deal, but be careful because the HIT stays in your queue after submitting. I got approved right away though and returned the phantom HIT. Literally takes a few seconds to complete though.
