Rys Lewis - Thank heavens I read somebody's comment here that suggested taking it in small doses and spreading it out over a couple of days because while not 'hard' it is grueling! Somebody said they did it in one sitting and I'm blown away cause after the first 4 sections I'm bordering brain dead.
