Anyone have a good free gif making program?

I was using giffing tool, but it keeps crashing out on me now.

This is probably not what you're looking for, but I use MoviePy. It's a python library, so you need some familiarity with programming, but it's relatively simple if you have any programming experience. If you're doing complicated things it can get difficult quickly, but something like cutting a clip out and turning it into a gif is easy.

Okay, side braids are nice, but so are ponytails on days one doesn't feel like doing something with their hair. Also If you chop it all off, you'll get hair in your eyes. :o (or something idk what i meant there)

Don't do it. I chopped off 8 inches in November, and it was my pregnancy hair growth, so thick, and long. Now all I grow is frizzy gray hair that breaks once it gets past my shoulders.

Well, do what I do when I get stuck: Flip a coin. Heads for haircut and Tails for not. Then if you feel like "ohno" on whatever it lands on you know which one you wanted in the first place.

You should def chop your hair. You've got the face to pull off the shot hair look, plus imagine how much lighter you'll be without the extra hair. You could accept hits AT LEAST 2 seconds faster.
