I looked into Circle yesterday and decided to pay the fees with Paypal. I had been waiting until I had $20 in Prolific and then transferring to Paypal for no charge, but the fee at 2.9%+.20 should be 80-90 cents, thus not worth the hassle of Circle. My research into Circle, though brief, indicated a lack of customer service. Just not worth the risk for the fees involved.
No, I signed up for it and will use it next time I cash out. I went ahead and did Paypal for this time.
