which browser do you use tried a couple different ones but can never get it to work.

I can only get it to work on internet explorer (not microsoft edge that is similiar). Gotta make sure you got java installed and enable it when you open the hit.

IE worked fine for me. Had to install and allow java in Internet Options

Are Edge and IE still considered the same thing because I still can't see my recording devices in Edge.

edit: never mind. Yep, Edge and IE are different. Older IE works with Java, Edge wasn't working.

I use firefox, but I use the enterprise version to get the java to work - if you go to your plugins list in FF settings there might be a link at the top about it, that if you click will lead to info about it and a link to the enterprise version.

https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/organizations/all/ the english version, but for some reason I don't remember, use the 32 bit version even if you normally use 64bit. this will allow the java plugin in firefox
