I've gotten that message on surveys that I've returned and was never able to catch them again. I've always wondered if there's any way to check that I returned a hit or am "locked" out due to returning it? It'd be nice to know that I can't catch a survey because I returned it 3 months ago so I don't leave a panda running all day for no reason. Not sure if I'm making sense.
