Very true! But I feel like by the time I purchase sushi-grade fish, I would be spending almost as much as purchasing it already done.

Ya for convenience it is, but at the same time you get to control how it taste and how much you want. Just prep it ahead of time so that way it's ready when you want the day before. And use a sushi gun, it makes everything a bit faster.

Great suggestions! I have made my own sushi rice. I usually prepare it sort of poke style in a bowl. Once we're allowed outside again, I will venture into making it real deal. Thank you.
