Does PayPal always charge a fee when Prolific pays you? My sister was charged a fee by them when they deposited her Prolific money. A fee to convert currency and then a fee regarding "processing a sale". So is that normal?

Paypal basically takes money any time someone sends you money

I believe there's no fee if you cash out over 20

If you cash out under 20 GBP there's an extra fee attached. Anything over 20 is just converted and deposited, eventually.
