I don't use one. I just use the veggies, plus rice vermicelli - and roll them in rice paper. For the peanut sauce, I just add peanut butter, water, vinegar, and soy sauce........I probably use about 1.5 or 2 cups of peanut butter, and then vinegar and soy to taste. The water is to thin it out - so just mix until it looks right?) There's not too much you can do wrong - except add too much vinegar, I suppose

My baby is 19 today! This sounds like nothing to most people, but they have blood cancer and pass out easily. Today marks 2 months they have been able to keep a job uninterrupted by health issues.
