I've always wondered what prevents double posting of hits. I'm not sure if it' MTS or the forum itself. Whichever it is it's pretty useful. Although I feel like it doesn't trigger if a hit is posted within like half a second of each other. (Assuming there's something that helps prevent hit double posts)

Getting up at a reasonable hour consistently is good for you. Unless you have good blackout curtains and a daylight alarm or something (and even then it's not the same), you should be sleeping when it's dark.
