I had a complete substernal thyroidectomy...I was supposed to have a complete in dec 2016 but they only did half for some reason so this was finishing it. I now look like I was partially beheaded..it's totally sexy lol. What's giardia?

I managed 41, my panda is always super throttled...very rarely end up with a full queue.
When the lot got around 300 steady for a bit mine was pulling them faster than I could complete them, that's where I got the bulk of them. When it's ~10 uploaded at a time, it gets rough. No telling how many scripts are pointed at that Accept button lol
