I have some cheap wrist braces I bought at walmart, when my wrists act up I wear those for a couple hours/days and it seems to help. I thinkMy hand and arm are killing me.
Does anyone use a special mouse or wear a brace or etc.to help/prevent the turk pain? I'd be so grateful for suggestions. I have a wrist rest, but that isn't cutting it anymore and neither are stretches and exercises.
