To play devils advocate here, a lot of times I've seen the bonus information and study structure being mentioned in the NDAs on hits.

In my head I know this is to prevent giving away potential information about the HIT, but the cynical part of me wonders if this is the same sort of rule that employers have about not discussing your salary with other employees so people don't realize how badly they're being stiffed.
