I have a question.

I have two laptops that are both running chrome browser.
for different tasks.

they're both logged into my google account, and when I get an extension on one laptop in the browser, the other receives it as well.

anyway, to get to my point..
I installed this prolific assistant.
the popups and notifications are going only to the laptop that I am not actively using.
is this normal? and if so, is it because I have technically received the notification either way?
