Does anyone have any advice for the .33 AdsForce? They ask the same question twice for each ad - the first one is referring mostly to the icon in the left upper corner? Then is the second question asking about the video itself? If that's the case, then can you answer somewhat agree after selecting strongly agree on the first question? Maybe the video wasn't as obvious as the icon. I am probably overthinking this. (I also have no idea how I have this qual. Does everyone?)

You can use either the video itself or the icon to answer the question being asked. They show ads twice in a row. The first time it is usually way shorter.

Then on the second question the entire video plays, and I see how obvious the advertisement is in the video itself. Sometimes it is less clear or not clear at all.

That should be okay. It's fine to use either. If you hover over the little i icon it provides more details.
