The eMail on this is from UC Irvine, so I checked the sender name and there is such a person/instructor there. Weird. So I called my bank and spoke with a manager who said that if no $$ had been taken out of my account, not to worry. So I won't. ..................... But I would much rather have been making $$ on surveys. [sigh] Good thing it's only 101º today so far.

Yeah, they are scary at first but can be searched. You may want to report to Amazon even if they don't care. At least you did your part.
