What is the optimal speed setting for hit catcher?

The lowest speed that doesn't result in hundreds of PREs when operated along side all your other scraper/catcher scripts.

EDIT: Mturk's tolerance seems to change daily. The same settings that get me no PREs one day can deliver me hundreds the next.
