You're welcome. If you use the bottom one, the timer in the tab starts lagging after awhile so it's best to keep an eye on it.

nah...I am 62 and still an active carpenter...my knees are not what they used to be for sure. If you take care of yourself she should not notice much decline till at least 50.

Exactly. My great aunt just turned 97 yesterday. lol
One of her secrets was to keep moving. I remember when I was a kid she was 60 but looked much younger than yet. She was always active. She would go swimming and shovel her own snow. Always gardening which takes some physical work.
