I've been adding the Dynamo Link to ALL of my survey requesters lately - letting them know it exists and asking that they read it and sign it (no matter what they pay - just as a heads up if they underpay - and a please sign if they pay well. http://wiki.wearedynamo.org/index.php/Guidelines_for_Academic_Requesters

For those interested in better pay (and who like the agreements), I urge you all to include the link in Academic Surveys

And on that note, I'm not responsible for the following, but it shows what can happen when you let requesters know 'what's what'
