well its a cloud, so its most likely "raining the money" and according to most meteorologists the rain would be coming from the entire bottom half of the cloud and not just the ass area.

From the happiness of this cloud I'd say the weather outlook calls for a 100 percent chance of delight and fuck i spent too much time writing this when theres stuff in my queue.
