IDK I just don't get how you can walk out on a child like he did and then blame it on the mother when I made it super easy on him up until about a year ago when I said F*CK this and moved to FL to start my own life instead of waiting for him to decide to be a father.

He is trying to move his guilt onto you. Make you the bad guy, so he doesn't feel bad.

Forget about it and move on. You are lucky to have a great guy in your life now, who wants to be a father to your child :)

It's not over yet, he has just said he will sign the papers and that I wont hear from him again. He barely pays any support, but tells me that I should expect some from his taxes? I haven't seen it yet... haven't seen a payment in that account in over a year. I CANNOT wait until he is legally a stranger! We will be running to the court house to finish everything once we get that paper in the mail!

Anyone have experience with getting child support out of your exes taxes? How long does it usually take to process?

This is from Mississippi... I haven't moved it to FL. They've been going through some shit there and apparently a private company just took over. No one knows what is going on over there right now. It's stupid...
