After making it a full 30 days of naked toenails (because I realized that I have literally never allowed them to stay nakey in my adult life) I decided to paint them a bright and pretty coral this morning. It's like looking at the sun through rose-colored glasses, ten times over!

Also, I showed my anxiety what's up this week and hit it with self-care at every turn, and I'm kind of proud of being able to do that. Pretty sure my therapist is going to be proud of me at my appointment this afternoon, too. I think she gets frustrated at my weird inability to allow myself such things.

I am proud of you too! And inspired - now I'm going to give my toenails the royal treatment sometime today

Morning, all. Internet was out for 12 hours yesterday. My family actually had to interact with one another. It was ugly. There was yelling and no soothing cat videos afterward.
