That album has a way of making one's body release endorphins to pain. So when my pain is extremely horrible and making me literally suicidal I listen to it. I have four songs that work best in it and I'm asleep by the time they finish. So I've learned that since it can trigger a kind of PTSD i just leave it along until needed.

what the hell do you giuz do when you have a ton of TV shows, movies you want to see? I have to speed watch most movies, i just don't have time to watch a whole 2 hours film, so I just watch some of the beginning to get to know who is who, then I fast forward through the boring looking stuff until I see an explosion or some shit then I watch again, and yeah i know i miss a lot of dialog between the characters, but most times I can figure out what they are doing

Only watch the best shit.

I get ADD or something through bad movies/shows and can't even sit through them anymore -- so I kind of see where you're coming from.
