There's nothing wrong with my internet connection... it has been doing this since yesterday

prolific working for me. i seem to recall that code is a blocked IP code, so your IP might have been flagged for some reason they are not going to tell you. I can only hope its Prolific software problems as I have had to refresh the webpage twice in the last day due to updates but I don't get the PEC code like you.

must be a lot of blocking going on as my prolific task choices have exploded today.
