Just wanted to let ya'll know Citi is the worst
I got their double cash card and made a purchase on it. They sent it to fraud. But I changed my phone number a day ago. Call up fraud and they say they must speak to me on a verified number, even though new number is on the account. When it won't work for some reason, rep asks for family's numbers. Their numbers won't work either for some reason, so she tells me there is nothing they can do. Currently waiting on support to get back to me on it but wtf.
