returned it and replied to their email saying I redid my answers (just in case)PLEASE RETURN THIS HIT AFTER YOU UPDATE YOUR FORECASTS. ONCE WE VERIFY THAT YOU UPDATED THE RATIONALES AS NEEDED, WE WILL INVITE YOU FOR THE NEXT $16 HIT FOR THIS WEEK.
Did you return the hit or submit it?
Cool, good to know. Yeah, I requested a qualification via that link, which has worked out okay for other stuff so far - it's usually either given me a test that's easy to pass or it got approved after a minute or two for other things. So would you suggest that if I want to do these HITs, I just keep an eye on the requester and see if they post any other HITs to qualify me for these? And any thoughts on whether messaging someone in these situations is a good idea? What @PeachyRider said below, in regard to winning the lottery...pretty much applies to your situation. If I'm understanding what you're saying, you clicked the "request qualification" link in the description of a HIT that you don't qual for. In most cases, requesters put out a qual HIT and issue quals as a result of that. Many requesters seem to leave that "Request Qualification" link enabled, but it's rare for a requester to respond to these requests, let alone issue a qual.

The qual was given through qual HITs they put up quite a while back. I don't know if they have posted more, since I don't usually see HITS I am not qualified for.I've got a pending qual that I requested a couple days ago to be a question editor for Content Research (A23UQ2KZH7FOZG). Is there any kind of rule of thumb for how long stuff like that usually takes, or does anybody have any experience with waiting on that from this requester? I found a guide on how to message requesters you haven't worked for and aren't qualified for, so I'm tempted to message them to demonstrate that I know how to use punctuation marks and capitalization and all that cool stuff, but I don't really know the etiquette on doing that.
Yarp. It happened to me the other day, hit doesn't submit.I have a ? and if this has been covered a thousand times then "sorry". I completed a cogswell and when I submitted amazon had logged me out so I logged back in. I of course received the error page and I show no hits completed for today. hit tracker reflects the hit as completed and the top of the page shows 3.00 earnings, but I assume these are the scripts registering the hit and that I should still email the completion code to her.
If I don't qualify for that does that mean that my work is acceptable enough? I'm confused.Surveycomet putting people on blast.

wait till you read the book. For those who did the Francesca Gino read two chapters of a book survey, are we supposed to go ahead and submit the hit after completing the initial survey, or do we wait until we've gotten the book and finished the final survey?
she pays you with an amazon gift card, just buy the kindle version. This Francesca Gino hit seems like a bit of a hassle. Have to buy the book just to read a few chapters?
Glad to hear you've had good results I do see them occasionally where there is a test available, and almost always do those ones. As far as messaging the requester, it's never a bad idea...can't hurt! You never knowCool, good to know. I'm under the assumption that we keep this HIT, and hang onto it until the book is received. The 10 day timer is more than enough time to complete this, whether you get the book in an e-book format or a physical book shipped in the mail. That's the gist I'm getting. I haven't heard back from the requester yet, but that's my understanding. For those who did the Francesca Gino read two chapters of a book survey, are we supposed to go ahead and submit the hit after completing the initial survey, or do we wait until we've gotten the book and finished the final survey?
