Use Internet Explorer or enable Java. I don't use Firefox so I don't know exactly where the settings are on it, but it's Java that is the problem.

I felt icky using it but IE did the trick. Thanks.

iirc java support was recently removed from Firefox. Before it also only worked in the x32 version (no support for x64). You have to do the ACME HITs in IE and download Java to do them.

It did not work for me in Firefox, but I have not used it in a while and I think my java is screwed up. I use Chrome and Opera almost exclusively on windows and Chromium on Ubuntu.
