Drove over to Penny's and heard that not only are they closing in a few months, but the Kohl's store (opened less than 3 years ago) is closing next month (was just announced today).
An old lady lost her shit when she heard all of this. (these are the only department stores in town and the closest ones are an hour or more away)

huh...if they reject and get bad reviews they should work with those individuals and resolve it, not try to poach reviews and pad their #s
