Nah, I'm just biding time. I was dumb and signed up for a fitness class at 6. I really don't want to go as it makes me leave the house, interact with people, and work out. But I like chocolate and wine, so I guess I gotta go.

I was able to get out of mine because I worked night shift. The judge asked if there was anything else. i raised my hand and said I felt i wouldnt be able to make the best judgement in a tired state. and i was freed!!

Yeah I got the summons and we had literally just left town 3 days before, I called them and told them I'd moved and they said they'd take me off the list (it's pretty easy to get out of stuff in that county, they rarely have cases)

The only times you have to worry/plan ahead for are the end of December and the first half of January.

I have considered that! Here, they issue a warrant for arrest. Even though I don't drive, I do keep my driver's license current, which I think might be a problem when I go to renew.
