I would blow up her email. It's not right that those HITs didn't even say they were qual HITs. If she's going to let people that already have a qual do them, they should at least say what they are.

Also this @MarkC, the HITs did not match the instructions (no N/A, for one) and had no exclusion for existing qual holders. I would be emailing every day if I were you until it is resolved.
