I expected the HITs available would increase moderately after I got to 1000 approved. Nope.

I think it's more the more hits you have the more you've learned to find hits. Some things do open, but mostly it's been the experience (for me) that helps.

What's probably happening is that they are going through manually accepting and rejection a few and then they'll let the rest accept once they're done. Usually, if you get one wrong, they'll just reject a whole block of them. Best case scenario anyway.
