Oh yeah I don't rely on bonuses as PE but I was curious just how often I was being promised one and not getting it.

I haven't gotten around to harassing requesters yet, I recently started keeping track of bonuses and an appalling number have not been paid.

There was a transcription requester a few weeks ago who had several HITs up and each one had the bonus listed inside the front page of the HIT. The HIT itself paid $.50. I took a chance and did one and it wasn't bad so I asked if more could be done and they said yes, as long as they were turned in on time. I ended up doing a bunch of them and every one paid out in bonuses. But they were inside the HIT, like I said, making it almost seem like a breach of contract if they didn't pay. I'm sure they could refuse to pay if the work was sloppy. For $.50 HITs those were the best I've ever done here.

I used to count them when they arrived but find it easier and more profitable to not. I've thought about keeping track of unpaid ones but it is too depressing. I probably should though. :thumbdown:
