I feel like this batch throttling thing is having the opposite outcome than what they wanted. Cause now people who would have just worked straight from the batch are panda'ing causing more pandas than were originally throwing things off.

I did the guys ones through panda, and I've been trying multiple tabs and from the batch on these. It's really a pain. I'm probably going back to the panda.
