It's one of the only things that we have that empowers and protects the workers. If you use it to make judgments on work you should make reviews. At least, make reviews on requesters who reject/block!

Yea I just reported it on TO. I take the TO reviews with a grain of salt thats why I don't use it. I just learn from my experience as some HITS are terrible for most workers but work for me etc...
