I have a flag, an envelope, them my avatar, no button. I'm also reluctant to add any more extensions to Firefox, as this old computer is very short on memory and locks up often. FF takes forever to load. What does Turkopticon do?

Turkopticon is the TO you were referring to. It is essentially a rating system for the hits that shows you how good/bad they are.
